Your order will be shipped mainly via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or First Class Mail International and these do NOT include insurance. Some exceptions may go via Priority mail.
Orders are packed Monday-Friday only.
All orders will be shipped to the address that is provided. If USPS cannot confirm your address, receipt of your order could be delayed. PLEASE double check your address before placing your order! If an order is marked undelivered as address or returned to sender, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: I pack each order by hand to avoid any potential damages in shipping. Should something happen, I am not responsible for damages, lost or stolen packages. Once the item has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, it is out of my control. The buyer is responsible for taking all measures to find a lost package. This includes reaching out to your local postal office.
If a package has not arrived 45 business days past the USPS departure scan date for domestic orders (US and Puerto Rico, and 60 days for international orders) & buyer has made documented personal attempts to locate shipment with USPS, (on a case by case basis) seller may agree to send a second package. Due to COVID-19, these times are extended to 90 days US/Puerto Rico and 180 days international.

If your package is not over the amount of time to claim as missing mail, please request “email and text updates” from the USPS website tracking page. This is the best way to get them tracking again in most cases. You can find this by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping email and under ‘Text & Email Updates’ in the tracking screen on the USPS website.
